Vy Pham – Podiatrist – My Foot Dr
Vy graduated as a Podiatrist from Queensland University of Technology in 2011. She has worked at Gumdale for 2 years and 4 years for My Foot Dr. Vy is continually upskilling and enjoys her work environment and the patients she treats.
She wants to increase her patient’s awareness of the services Podiatrists offer.
When not at work Vy enjoys tennis and is learning to sew. A fan of Queensland’s tropical weather Vy likes to go to coastal areas for her holidays.

Tracy Baker-Lawrence – Psychologist
Tracy graduated from Psychology from QUT in 1999 and is currently studying a PhD in Psychology (2015) at Griffith University. Tracy enjoys helping people to understand themselves and to become more accepting of themselves and identifying their needs and to make changes to live a more fulfilling life. Tracy wants everyone to know they matter and can feel better about themselves and change their lives. Tracy was born in the UK and moved to Brisbane when she was 7. As a child she wanted to be an actress.
Miranda Mullins – Clinical Psychologist
Miranda graduated with Honours in Psychology from the University of Queensland in 1994 and completed a Masters of Clinical Psychology in 1999. She commenced working at Gumdale Medical Centre in 2011 and will begin at Stafford City Doctors in early 2016.
Miranda’s enjoys working with individuals, couples, adolescents, children and their families. She has extensive experience in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, however uses other evidence based approaches to suit a patient’s needs. Miranda works closely with people to understand their goals and to develop tools to achieve meaningful changes in their lives.
Sirous Momenzadeh, PHD – Psychologist
Sirous also completed a PhD at the University of Queensland in 2000 and started working as a psychologist in 2005. Sirous is currently working at both Gumdale Medical Centre and Stafford City Doctors. Sirous enjoys helping people improve their quality of life and moving towards their chosen values and he wants everyone to know they can change and we have choices even during difficult times. Sirous has extensive training as an ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) and is currently the Chair for the Persian chapter for the ACT community.
Sirous moved to Australia in 1991 from Iran and speaks Farsi. Outside of work Sirous enjoys Soccer, Motor Racing (F1 & V8), reading, walking his dog and being in nature. His favourite holiday destinations are Australia and New Zealand.

David Sandison – Physiotherapist & Exercise Physiologist
Dave graduated as a Physiotherapist & Exercise Physiologist from Griffith University – Gold Coast Campus in 2006. He commenced working at Activate Physiotherapy at Gumdale in 2010.

Scott Hayes – Physiotherapist
Scott graduated as Physiotherapist from Bond University in 2012. Prior to studying Physiotherapy Scott completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Griffith University – Gold Coast in 2010.
He commenced working at Activate Physiotherapy Gumdale in 2012.

He enjoys meeting interesting people and assisting them back to better health. As a boy Scott was interested in Space and wanted to be an Astronaut. Growing up on the beach around Byron Bay, Scott loves getting back to the beach, live music, going to sporting events and being outdoors.
Josh Brooks – Physiotherapist
Josh graduated as Physiotherapist from Griffith University – Gold Coast in 2013.
He commenced working at Activate Physiotherapy Gumdale in 2013.

Josh is self-described city boy and grew up in Brisbane and enjoys going to the Rugby, beach and keeping fit at the gym. When on holidays Josh likes going to the Sunshine Coast.
Adriana has completed a bachelor of physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University and is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy association.
Adriana also has qualifications as a
- Level 1 sports trainer
Not only has Adriana coached gymnastics for a number of years, she has also been a competitive gymnast.
Adriana has gained experience throughout her studies and ongoing education in a range of areas. She has a strong interest in orthopaedic conditions and post operative management as well as musculoskeletal conditions.
Adriana has an interest in many sports including soccer, gymnastics and surfing and has volunteered her time with Eastern suburbs football club, volleyball Queensland, Australian university games.
Sam graduated as a Dietitian from QUT in 2012. Sam is currently working as a dietitian at Gumdale Medical Centre, Stafford City Doctors and Brighton Village Medical Centre, She believes there is more to nutrition than eating lots of fruit and vegetables, healthy eating begins by changing your relationship with food and using it as an ally, not as an enemy.
Sam has played professional hockey in Europe and holds a Level 2 Advanced Athletics Coaching certificate. Growing up, Sam wanted to be a Weather Reporter. When she isn’t at work she likes to escape to North Stradbroke Island.
